tonight I pumped and hardly any milk came from.my breasts. it was way under 1 OZ. does this mean my breasts are drying up? anyway to fix this??

You are suppose to pump at least 8 times a day every 2-3 hours and than a larger break at night for one of them 5 or 6 hours to have your milk come in to the amount needed for a newborn :)
@emilyyy96___, ok. I did for like 10 minutes but stopped after cuz no more milk was coming out
@harata87, 2 times a day latley I try to more and I also have her on a few times a day too
try drinking more water it really helped me and cluster feeding but no it doesn't mean u dried up u just have to be more constant
just keep pumping, latch baby. pump 10-15 mins per breast
