how the hell do you get a clogged duct when your milk hasn't came in yet??

You can start producing the beginning of your milk when you're 37 weeks

mine clogged when I was 39 weeks and then a week after I had my daughter.

how did you fix it? it hurts so bad I'm in tears and she won't feed from it!

I massaged it and put a warm towel on it and it helped a lot

I can't find the duct it feels like the whole boob. how long did it take to go away? @jhaayden18

Pump or put bAby on. Sometimes manually pumping with your hand works. I'm 2 months strong and I get clogged a lot.

get on all 4s & try to get her to latch after you apply heat. I've never tried it but another mom had a clogged duct yesterday & this is what she did.

if she doesn't want to latch then apply heat & pump & massage

Hot showers are good for trying to unclog it. Just massage under the water then you can try pumping or to get baby to latch on.
