C section mamas! How long did it take you all to start standing up without being in so much pain it takes 10 minutes and start being able to walk or stand up straight with out tons of pain? Also my feet have been super swollen since I got home from the hospital. What do I do to reduce swelling for them
@ak16, okay thank you. :) and I only sleep on my back I can't even get into any others position because it hurts too much. 😣thanks darliN -a@kcal12 yes I had her Thursday! ☺️lots of complications and stuff. I will post my labor story when I get a chance 💕
Hmm do you sleep on your back that might help stretch your muscles a little. Try pushing yourself up some to stand or use something near you and just stand for a little while don't go anywhere and try to walk for a few mins before sitting back down and don't bend too much
Yes I had it on Thursday it takes about 10 minutes to stand up straight @ak16 and they gave me the brace and said I have to wear it 24/7 because of the swelling I have on my incision.
You need to walk standing straight so you can heal, did they give you a brace type thing for your stomach, I only had this issue the first day but I was walking just fine by the end of the day have you tried walking some?
compression socks for swelling

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
