Kegel exercise is the best to help down there. Just tighten and then relese muscles down there and you should do it whenever... It helps strengthen the muscles down there so when your pushing its easier and helps you tear less I believe. I did do those lol I forgit about that. It helps 😊
No it deffinently helps, the stronger your muscles are down there the better your pushes will be so it hopefully wont take as long and it can stretch more... It's weird but thats how it went for me
They can be just as important as kegels. They strengthen the whole area making pushing more effective, plus they can help move baby into a good position.

When I first got pregnant I asked my doctor about working out and he specifically told me no squats lol...maybe it's different with twins.

I didnt work out other than swimming and mild walking and I'm perfectly fine and had a healthy baby lol I didnt do any other kinds of workouts....

No it deffinently helps, the stronger your muscles are down there the better your pushes will be so it hopefully wont take as long and it can stretch more... It's weird but thats how it went for me

This blogger suggests squats and NO kegels, but I still do kegels, too.
