For moms who nurse, if you ever get a clogged milk duct get on all 4s and nurse with heat! Fixed it…

I would use a hot wash cloth and heating pad and than right after it cooled, nursed on all 4s and it literally fixed it after all day trying lol @mommyslittleman

@camillesmom, lol I layed my son down and basically went on all 4s over him. I read gravity helps unclog it after you apply heat (: @mommyslittleman it feels like your breast is full but after you pump or nurse its still rock hard lol like an implant and hurts to even touch it. Im a ftm mom and after I nursed this morning it wouldnt go away so google and some of the ladies helped me out lol

So do you have the hot compress on while nursing or do that right before you nurse @des_a_rayy

@mommyslittleman, my little man was also fussy because milk wasnt coming as fast when he nursed. It happens when milk doesnt completely drain from out of the breast (:

I tried while nursing but I was scared he would touch the hot compress so I just did it before nursing for about 10 min and massaged a bit , it works but hopefully you never get one!(: @camillesmom

Ahhh got ya @des_a_rayy I didn't even think of that. Yea hopefully I don't! Very useful info though for others!
