Most likely but probably just pieces of it, it grows back. I wouldn't think too much of it unless it bloody and you start having contractions

It's pieces of your mucus plug. I have been losing little bits of mine for awhile. It regenerates so as long as you don't have any blood or brown stuff in it your alright.

@daniellekaymann could mean you are experiencing the blood show which is at the beginning of labor. If you have any blood or contractions during then you should call the hospital
