It's been happening the past few days, I've been tired, appetite has been up and down, bloated etc.. Most likely but probably just pieces of it, it grows back. I wouldn't think too much of it unless it bloody and you start having contractions

Okay. Because I'm one centimeter dilated and last night me and my husband did it, and today I've been crampy with hip pain off and on.

It's pieces of your mucus plug. I have been losing little bits of mine for awhile. It regenerates so as long as you don't have any blood or brown stuff in it your alright.

@daniellekaymann could mean you are experiencing the blood show which is at the beginning of labor. If you have any blood or contractions during then you should call the hospital
