sooo I just tried to do the insanity fit test and let's just say it didn't end well, gonna start and finish my Julian Michaels before I think about doing that again! #exhausted #outofshape
Yeah insanity is hard, try working out with something different ones your body gets use to it you'll be fine with insanity. I have those dvds too & focus t25 ! Love them 😊👌 great results
Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

definitely gonna do that I plan on finishing 30 day shred then try insanity again if I fail as bad as I did today then another round of 30 day shred or maybe something different
