Ladies I'm alittle scared.. But I don't know if I should be worrying or not. Have you guys ever leaked amniotic fluid ? The last couple days I feel like my underwear has been kinda damp.. Apart from the discharge my underwear just feels damp. I know it's summer and it's hot but honestly don't think I could be sweating THAT much... Then I was thinking since my baby is so low maybe it's pee and I just haven't noticed but it doesn't smell like it. I've never had this problem before.

Yes, and doctor confirmed and said my fluids were low and they wanted to induce in a few days. But that next day, my water broke. If you think you are leaking, go to the doctor! They will test with a dipstick thing to determine whether it is fluid, do ultrasound, etc.

Okay thank you so much! @mamalamadingdong I have an appt on Tuesday where they will be doing my last ultra sound thank god I'll definitely mention it. I never had this problem before, hopefully it's nothing serious... I haven't lost my mucus plug or anything. I'm gonna make 37 weeks on Wednesday

Well, it's a good thing you are so close to the end if you are leaking! However, I wouldn't wait until Tuesday to get checked. I would call an advice nurse or just go straight to urgent care. If you are leaking, that could give way to bacteria getting inside- which would cause major issues that you do not want to have to deal with.

It's usually a simple swab test that they will do first to see if it is amniotic fluid. If not, no problem, they send you home. It's better to be safe than sorry!
