gosh I'm hurting really bad my back won't stop spasming my hips hurts really bad pain threw my vagina I feel like ima throw up and my stomach hurts and now I got a headache from crying and I'm really constipated but I'm only fixing to be 29 weeks what is going on? I feel horrible
I'm feeling a little better just really constipated and my back hurts a lil and my hips but the pain has went away alot I may just try to take a nap see if that helps . thanks tho
well if your doc said extra strength was OK I'd listen to them and constipation is normal actually I usually would eat prunes for that or Chinese food Lol and the stretches are simple you put your arms against like a couch or a bed and make your legs evenly match and rock your hips from side to side your significant other can get in on this too by rubbing your lower back if you want also try a warm shower usually helps me with the pain. but coffee really didn't work for me either at least your not bleeding that's a good thing might also be your sciatica that's a nerve that runs from your leg all the way to your lower back hurts badly sometimes during pregnancy
I'm not bleeding and I was told that extra strength Tylenol was okay to take my doc told me I could but I'm still hurting and I can't poop at all and how do I do the stretches and I would drink coffee but all we have is caffeinated which I was told I could have only one cup what do I do
around 30 weeks my round ligaments started to act up lasted about 3 days. what I did was use a heating pad on my back for 15 min then tried stretching out my hips. a lot of times it's just your round ligaments stretching out you could take regular tylenol just not extra strength (totally a no no) also try laying on your left side and just relaxing might work too I know mine was so painful and they didn't hit till 3rd trimester but with the cramping if your bleeding that's when you worry otherwise it might be brakston Hicks those hurt a little bit.
and I done told my mom what's going on and all she keeps saying Is oh your going to have to deal with it theirs nothing u can do about it for me to relax and put a heating pad on my back
I been drinking two 32 fluid oz bottles of water a day and trying my best to.eat good but we don't have food stamps rite now I just can't stop cramping and my back hurts so bad I'm literally in tears and I'm really nauseated my stomach even hurts
Make sure you have enough Calcium Magnesium in your system, for one.. That'll help muscles relax and will soften your bowel movements. You can take about 1000mg to get a good start. Make sure you are well hydrated, and not with bottled water..because it has no electrolytes. And stretch your hips. There are lots of ways. Use ice to bring down any inflammation in your hip joints and soak in Epsom salt to relieve pain everywhere.
