fried cactus with eggs :-P taste alot better than it sounds and i think lil one approves for a change .

I scrape mine off. I buy it fresh from the produce area here in our stores. I make a cold salad; tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime, sometimes queso fresco. Ill even make some chicken in salsa or steak in salsa and add in the cactus. Omg its soooooo good!

yea my husband was making some for him and it looked good i took some lol@bradsmom711 and neither did i till i met my husband first time he told me he ate cactus i thought of an actual cactus with the thorns and all but the ones we buy are in a jar with the thorns and all off....its really good @wildflower16
