The room is spinning I feel very nauseous and I want to throw up all I wanna do is lay on my bed hold my tummy and cry I feel really really nauseous but I feel the baby move a lot dose this mean he is almost here?

Might want to call your doctor that's sounds like your blood pressure is high

You can either go to your local hospital or go to local walgreens, cvs of something like that they usually have blood pressure machines you can use
