I know when breastfeeding your supposed to eat pretty bland no acidy foods.. No tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, chocolate & caffeine but what else should I not be eating?
I eat whatever I want and EBF over three months by baby has never been gassy or fussy I even use Tabasco n Tapitio on my food lol
I eat everything I normally would. I wouldn't limit yourself unless you notice changes in baby. like of you eat broccoli and baby gets gassy or fussy then don't eat broccoli same with milk. so far nothing I've eaten has bothered my baby at all I even do dairy. I just watch how she's feeling. just my option
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
Whyyyyy is it not safe to eat cinnamon? I have a whole box of cinnamon toast crunch that I can't eat:( the list keeps growing
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔
Can I eat ice while pregnant 🤔
I could seriously eat chipotle everyday
Eat normally. Just track your foods, then eliminate or lessen what bothers him. breastfeeding Moms who have a wide pallet of foods usually have children more willing to try more foods when they are older.
