Not having a mom right now really fucking sucks. My birth mom is a POS and I refuse to let her be a part of my life. And my step mom is in my life daily but she's such a bitch and favors her sons and their wives over me so she's basically dead to me too! So annoyed I could cry for days. Fucking hormones! 😢

@jrose114, thanks for all your help today! Sorry it took me so long to reply! I didn't see the notification! I found a website that sells invites but also lets you design your own! I'll post the pictures of what I designed below so you can see! I'm still gonna design a few more. But this is what I have so far!
At the dollar store they sell blank cards you can go get some cards and write a hand written note saying you are inviting them to your baby shower it is coed and for them to RSVP by a certain date so you know how many people you have to invite.
I made a Facebook event! With the info. But I still am trying to find a way to just send something kinda personalized without spending a fortune! @jrose114
Or if they have have a cell phone the only thing is your limited to their invites but I believe it's free to do it that way
Or else you can do an evite if everyone your inviting has access to an email

Those are cute. But dont have the money for them :/ and I don't even know where to begin to make my own and print them. And we have a paper cutter thing that cuts even lines. Lol
We ordered them yeah they are expensive. But zazzle has great deals. I was going to say if your good at cutting you can make them yourself on the computer

@jrose114, and thank you. I'm still trying to plan out invites. I've seen like custom ones on etsy and stuff like that. But I really wanted to make mine custom. But idk where to even begin! Like I wanted to go to the craft store and get some nice card stock and use stickers and stencils. I wanted it to be something personal. Not just your average invite. But it's hard to do it alone :/
@jrose114, yea I don't even dare give my mom a second of my time. She blames out "poor" relationship on me. And won't admit that she ever did anything wrong! And I can't deal with that. But she's gladly taken in her new husbands kids as her own. So I'm sure she's just fine. And oh wow. I won't even tell my mom where any of my events are. And God forbid she shows up. Because it will probably be the end of her life right there. I don't play that shit. And that's nice that she paid for yalls wedding! I'm jealous! When I got engaged to my fiancé- my step mom and dad swore they were gonna save up to help pay for a part of the wedding. Well needless to say. That never happened. Not even 1 penny! But idc. I've decided against a wedding. We're going to the court house and just take a nice vacation after that! Fuck "family"

And I never experience a step mom favoring someone over me but I do get what your saying cause I believe my MIL favors my husband and me over my brother in law and his wife. My mil gave us our wedding and did all of the showers for us and nothing for my brother in law. She would put them down on every decision they made in their relationship which in the end turned into my brother in law and his wife never talking to any of us again. It would make me feel horrible being around them
Yeah I get it I grew up in a broken home I never had a relationship with my mom either and then when I met my husband 7 years ago we finally started a relationship and then she decided to start using drugs again so we haven't talked for the past 4 years when k got married she ruined my wedding and rehearsal dinner by coming and fighting with my husbands parents. So I just cut her off. Since I became pregnant I wanted to tell her and see if she would clean her self up. She says she is clean but it's so hard for me to believe her I saw her and she looked good but I cried the whole time I was around her cause she is my mom but I am so disconnected from her
@jrose114, thanks mama! I appreciate it! My birth mom hasn't been a part of my life since I was 12. I cut her out because I'm just not a fan of drunk drug addicts which is what she was. Along with many other things. And my step mom has always favored her children over me. Even tho she's been a part of my life since I was like 2! So non of it is anything new. I guess it just really hit home today. Especially since I'm really trying to plan my baby shower. And I'm planning it alone. And my husband is paying for everything. Even tho she planned all 3 baby showers for her grand daughters. And my sister in laws wedding shower and she paid for majority of the stuff. But I guess I'll always be the odd one out. It's just hard. :/
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Will your Mom be in the delivery room?
My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.
My baby girl does not let me do anything all day 😭 I'm lucky if everything is done before my s.o gets home , she cried so I pick her up to feed her and change her diaper and once she's on my breast she eats and I burp her put her down and she'll cry I get her again and she's on my breast not even latched on just smelling my boobs 😭 I'm like girl really lmao she wants me to carry her or be with her all day , girl I wish I could lmao
So fucking pissed. My niece drew all over my daughters wall in her playroom. I tell my sister about it and she had the nerve to fucking laugh. If that were my daughter and she did that to her house I'd be paying for new painted walls!! then had the nerve to say "she's only two". (She's allowed to do that at their house) well here she got her ass busted and put in time out until her mother gets here. Now I have to figure out how get this crayon off the damn walls with out them being ruined. fml...
