just got done doing dishes and now I'm in pain really bad and out of breath

This is exactly me right now when I sit down i go slowly like an old woman and I moan from the pain - feet and back pain ugh

I didn't wanna do it anyways because when I stand up for a long time my feet and back hurt but my step dad bitched at me and said to stop using my pregnancy to get out of stuff so I did it and now I'm having pain everywhere especially the right side of my stomach
