You can dilute it with breastmilk instead of water if you have any stored.

I don't have any stored and I can only pump like 1 oz in 20 Min. for some reason the pump doesn't pump me lol @californiahaley bc I wanted to do this

Have you tried hand expressing. Some have better luck with that. Pumps don't work for everyone
