I use this and let them air our after then when my milk came in I used it a little less and squeezed some milk out and put it on my nipple and let it dry if it's good for the baby it should be good for you too u know seemed to work for me @dashhaberdash

I used coconut oil. Lanolin is so sticky and you have to wash your breasts before feeding. too much work lol

I just use a baby wipe and lets it dry off then feed him but it is really sticky @fallwithautumn
