how do I know if I'm contracting.? what does it feel like?

time them for an hour and they have to be consistent ones. usually 5-10 minutes apart

They feel like stronger period cramps, they have their peak when it really hurts and then slowly go away.

If you walk around and the pain doesn't go away, it is a contraction. If it goes away its might just be BH
