Mine is doing that too. They said they are working on it. I uninstalled mine and re installed it and did the update and it still doesn't work. :/

@preggie_usa, it doesn't work , I can't even see who messaged me. all I see is that I got mail in my inbox. once I click on the message icon I get kicked out of the app.

Thanks for trying. Have you tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it? What type of phone are you using and we will work on your account. Thank you for your patience.

@preggie_usa, I have an android, no I haven't uninstalled yet, I restarted my phone though and that didn't help.

@ftm-jess, please try uninstalling it and then reinstall it. It should help refresh the app. Also what type of android are you using? Thanks.
