wow that's a great increase! I thought 2 oz from each boob was a little bit but turns out its a lot. .. I just let my son cry for a good 3-5 minutes throughout the day and it increases my supply. these passed few days he's been draining me so hearing him cry makes me leak and supply comes in quicker.. I should be pumping but he drains me before I get a chance to.

I have been pumping every two hours (well I'm trying to keep up with it) @helpedbytmh Three days ago I pumped less than 1/2 an ounce per side and now I've got to an ounce per side. Fenugreek works really well for me, but I've been off of it for a month or so @jasiahmommy72115 @mssjudyk

@jasiahmommy72115 did u feed.on demand? How about.pumping every 2 hours? letting your baby cry for a.little while can help too..
