I used to freak myself out so bad watching videos then I realized the actual birth is something I really shouldn't even worry about cause I have to do it I have no choice no point in stressing over something I can't control and sense i changed my way of thinking about it I haven't had any anxiety or even worried about it. Our body's know what to do all we have to do is make sure baby bakes enough then let our body's and dr take over from there :)

When the day comes I'm sure you won't even be thinking about it. You'll just be anxious to see your little ones. Just try not to think about it too much. Can't have you passing out lol
