Omg i am having the worst pain in my lower back ever it takes my breath away, sometimes it radiates across my lower stomach should i be concerned? I had contractions with my daughter but they felt WAY different. Baby is moving once in awhile, this pain is just holy
Wow intense. (Ive never given birth vaginally so i really do not know what real contractions feel like).

it could be how you're sleeping. try a wedge pillow. it helps with back pain and a heat pack
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

I have a low tolerance of pain so I’m screwed either way 😂 but I am going to get through a natural birth no matter what! Quick question: Are the contractions or pushing the most painful? I’ve felt contractions with my first and omg. But I didn’t experience the pushing. He was way to tiny.
This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
