But you for your stomach I would eat some cereal. Get an ICEE today from a 7-eleven they have all different kinds of favors. And see how that settles with your stomach.

If you are taking them try and take them at night. When I first started taking them I took them in the morning and was sick all day and then I started taking them before I went to bed or after I had dinner and it was so much better

toast only stayed 30 minutes yesterday and it just felt like it was stuck in my throat the whole 30 minutes. what about cereal? I puked 7 times yesterday between 4:30 and 9! but I am not nauseated at the moment just my tummy feels werid!@jrose114

I never threw up while pregnant but whenever I got nausea what helped me is an ICEE.

I know it's hard cause you just get sick but I would still try to maybe some toast something bland
