Showering is the task of the century on days that I have to shave! Today I made my own exfoliant and exfoliated head to toe before shaving. Hoping it buys me a couple extra days in between! But with the way my hair grows this pregnancy I don't see that happening. But never hurt to try! #FingersCrossed

1/2 cup Epsom salt. I use the milk and honey one because it smells good. Add oil of your choice. I added coconut oil and bio oil to mine. Get in the shower. Rinse with warm water. Point the water away. And lather up with your exfoliant! Head to toe! Make sure you scrub really good. Then rinse and shave! It adds time to your shower. But it makes your skin feel like a baby's butt! (: you can always buy pre made exfoliators. But they're more expensive!
