So I have my postpartum checkup tomorrow...but I'm still bleeding. I told the nurse and she was like oh it's ok it could be your period. Well why am I still going in if he can't do a pelvic exam? I thought your checkup was to make sure you healed properly!

@mommysarah7, I'm terrified to look lol. I refuse until I can tell I'm completely recovered. I mean he didn't even tell me how many stitches he had to use...all I heard was one suture pack!
Ya I would think that he would only try if you were comfortable with it. right when I turned 6 weeks pp my period started so I was bleeding to. I had stitches to. I didn't look at my vag the whole 6 weeks lol I was afraid. I'm glad it's all back to normal now! haha
Hmm @mommysarah7 I hope he doesn't try. Like I said I'm bleeding kinda heavy and I don't see the point. I did have stitches though and is like to know how those healed. Maybe I'll just get all that checked at my next gyno visit.
when I went for my pp checkup my gyn did not check me. I asked him if he needed to and he said no only If I want him to.
I'll have to refuse...I can't imagine how they'd check me with how much I'm bleeding.
They will still check you , but you can refuse if you wanted to.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Lol right! I made my bf look down there after I thought I was healed. my gyn didn't tell me how many stitches either. when I was having my baby I asked him if he was going to do an episiotomy and he just didn't and I tore. he didn't tell me how many stitches either but it seemed like it took a long time for him to sew me up
