Mommies how do/did you get your baby from hitting you and others. My son thinks it's funny to hit and scratch people's faces when he gets mad. **He is just a baby, but he will hit and scratch on purpose. It's only when he gets mad.**

@martaboo, my son loves to kick too but it's the hitting and scratching that bothers me most. I know when he's kicking he's actually trying to get you to stand him up so he can bounce.

my son is almost 7 months and does the same thing I tap his hand and tell him no that hurts and he stops until he gets mad again and I do the same thing until he gets that it's bad

he is almost five months. I have told him no and that hurts mommy. all he does is look at me then laugh as he does it again.

How old is he? My daughter did that and whenever she would I'd take her hand in mine and tell her "Be gentle, baby, that hurts. Be gentle." Very calmly but slightly sternly. Whenever I would take her hand I'd stroke my face with her hand and smile real big and say "thank you for being gentle! that's so nice! mommy likes that!" and be overly happy showing that was the right thing to do. We still have to do that sometimes, but it definitely is much better.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
How do you punish a 3 year old to stop hitting mama when he cant get his way ?
Do you tell your DH/BF/SO when someone tries hitting on you? Does he tell you if/when women try to hit on him?

ya my daughter likes to pintch her dad I think its mostly cus she can get a reaction from him. I tap her hand when she dose it to me so she doesn't do it that often.
