I started on and off at 27wks a cup a night when I remembered and at 35wks upped to two a day morning then at night, when I remembered. by 38wks I was practically chugging. brewing a batch a day and drinking on it all day with no sugar by that time because I wanted to dilate so bad and I did. I dilated 3cent in a week

sounds about right, just wondering. I got the loose leaves (cheaper for more) and kept drinking it like a maniac. it helped me dilate and helped with pain. I bought it to the hospital with me but couldn't keep drinking because they induced me😐
