has anyone ever felt light headed early in there pregnancy??

Yes, it's just the hormones

Drink plenty of water and eat something protein rich, if you can keep food down

I'm having trouble keeping anything down even water :( this hasn't been the most fun pregnancy ever lol and I'm only 11 weeks still have a long way to go!

u have extra blood up in the now too just get up slow and stay near the couch until u feel good. I passed out a few times

I was light headed thru out my entire pregnancy! My doctor told me to drink Gatorade

I have tried the Gatorade I have an appointment tomorrow to talk about some concerns idk if they are normal pregnancy symptoms or something else lol but the Gatorade makes me puke too :'(

I just want my little one to get enough nutrients I take my vitamins but I just feel so helpless lol

Yes!!! I always got lightheaded & still do but not as much... I could just be sitting down or walking around & I would have to stop & eat peanut butter and drink water. Sometimes it would last like 30 minutes at a time.. But I heard that it's normal in early pregnancy. Drink sprite if you can't handle water
