you shouldn't need s pump to begin with before the baby is 6 weeks old it creates a over supply. but if you have to I did for supplement feeding due to jaundice, use there pump they are sooooooo nice! I'm going to rent the same kind when I go back to work and need to pump

Use the nipple cream they give you in the hospital. It helps a lot. And they sell nipple shields at Walmart. I used it when my nipples got so sore it was a lifesaver

Hospitals have most of the stuff you need...I brought my boppy but never used it

Yes you will need that but when I had my daughter they gave me the cream

@alicia91, I'm taking that.. I mean like someone mention to me like nipple creme a nipple guard .. so like that ... I just need some guidance because I'm completely up in the air with this:)
