Nope 😊 37 weeks is considered full term according to my doctor 😁

at 37 weeks your baby is full term and yes the weight of your baby will be different from others like my kids get bigger while my best friends have all been between 5-7 lbs

thank you, I know it was changed and stuff but..my baby could be born now at 38weeks weigh 8lbs..and someone else baby may be 6lbs or lower. I think it all depends.. @cp

my son was born at exactly 39 weeks my water broke naturally and he is perfectly healthy he was born 7lbs 14oz and my first sub was born at 37+4 and he was 6 lbs 12oz and if perfectly neither of my sons have any medical issues and are healthy as can be.

Yeah chances are baby wouldn't have any problems at all. 😊

I went into labor at 38, and she was perfectly healthy.. And my ob did a membrane sweep to speed it along at 38.

oh ok. this is my second time around. my first was 40+3 this one..not sure I've been contracting alot today..I'm not saying I'm inducing my labor..I was just curious if I go now is my baby not considered 'healthy' lol thank you😊 @santistevanmommie

Every pregnancy is different. the baby is going to come when it's ready, unless otherwise things are causing you to have a preterm labor. But it is fine if you're almost 39 weeks because you're considered full term after 37 weeks.

Your due date is really just an educated guess. Most times if you go into labor on your own after 36wks your dr won't stop it and 9 times out of 10 your baby born at that gestation will be fine. However it is better to go that 40wks or over even.

oh I see. well I was born at 37+5 days and close to 9lbs! I guess..every baby develops different.

all this debate on it has me confused that's all..im 38+5 based on LMP..and the due date they went off by..but my ultrasound my daughter is 6 days bigger. but they decided to keep due date..so if I was 37weeks...I could be really 38weeks..that's why I guess I get so confused on all of it

They give you your EDD which is 40 weeks but you are in the clear 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after i believe.
