I'm a Ftm & I can't tell if I'm having BH contractions or if it's just her pushing up against my stomach and ribs it's a tightening feeling & pressure I'm 30 weeks so idk.

If it turns super hard and goes away after a few minutes it's BH. Or at least that's how it feels for me.

If your belly is hard like your forehead then goes soft again like the tip of your nose it's a contraction of any kind. Only if they are 6 mins or closer are they real generally

They happen every 2 to 3 minutes and last for a few seconds I feel my stomach tighten and get hard then it'll go soft and u can see it through my shirt it happens all the time and sometimes it's kind of intense at first I thought it was just her sticking out her lil body parts but idk @ak16 @danamarie

If they don't last very long then it's probably just BH if they last a long time and hurt really bad then I would go in

I agree with @ak16. Mine have been sometimes painful but it's bc I'm normally running when I get them.
