39 weeks and a couple of days. I didn't have diarrhea, I did poop but usually you poop right before you have your baby or during giving birth.

@arianaandjordynn, did you have diarrhea? And how far along were you?

It works for some people but for some reason my dr told me specifically not to use it.

Worked for me. Had my daughter within 6hrs of taking it

I've heard it gives you the poops lol. for me personally. I wouldn't do it.
