Just curious when filling this out for my first baby do I need to mention my partner as we are not married? Will the fact we both live together & work stop us from being entitled to this? Should I wait and claim when I'm receiving maternity pay? I'm confused

Dont think you need to mention him as you're no married..but not 100% sure.

If you are living together then you have to mention him.

marriage is not the prerequisite as many married couples are estranged and still get this. the issue is living together as a couple. if you live together properly or you sleep more than 3 nights a week under the same roof then he has to be officially considered on the paperwork..
