Ugh they sent me home AGAIN. This time with some ambien to help me relax and sleep. I just don't get it I'm having regular STRONG contractions, just not dilating

I'm just so uncomfortable!! The pain from the contractions are so strong 😝 hopefully I'll be able to get some sleep

Squats can help dilate you:) it pushed baby's head down to help open the hole ☺️
