does anyone else get cramps when they get upset?
I've noticed anytime I get like pissed off, annoyed as hell, or about to cry I get these annoying cramps. they go away once I feel better though.
This back labor and contractions are getting annoying! I am so tired 😴

anyone else get on depo & have light periods & cramp REALLY bad? i'm getting cramps like i would when i was pregnant, but i seriously doubt i am... i've never cramped this bad before...
am I the only one that gets annoyed that people constantly text or call me asking me is the baby here yet or what I should be doing to get her out? it's beyond annoying 🙄

@wildflower16, it happens to me, and I immediately sit down and breathe. I just think about my baby, and it calms me.
