i have it now at 33 weeks, just started today.. shower helps me a lot. It hurts but only last for a little while.
Definitely. It was alllll in my back. It was painful but I did end up having an all natural birth. The shower and "slow dancing" were the best coping methods for me.

Breathing helps a ton. Also taking a very hot shower and staying off your back as much as possible!
