if I'm making baby food do I have to mix with breast milk or can I use water??? bc that's a lot of milk!!!

You can use water I just prefer breast milk and with most foods you probably don't have to add as much as you think...

well I was reading baby bullet book and it says with a sweet potato a cup of water. that's a lot of milk. a whole cup!! @paisleysmama0216

I don't follow the recipes I just add liquid until it's smooth and creamy some of the recipes call for too much liquid (in my opinion) and they end up like soup
