how do you know when you're baby is kicking you're ribs is it just painful or how do u know because I just got a really bad Sharp pain in my lower rib

Youre probably too early. But it's painful depending on how you sit n how the baby is.

it feel like a kick in the rib (exactly how it sound lol) and it can be painful..

Your uterus isn't high enough up for you to be kicked in the ribs yet. At 20 weeks your uterus is only at or close to your belly button so it's not the baby yet.
