nipple cream for sore breast and colic drops in case ur baby is very fuzzy is ok too

having extra clothes and bibs does help...

i labored for 21 hours n make sure u got blankets for baby two recieving one warmer...a small pack of baby wipes just in case they only give dry wipes....and a sweater for you. pain meds can give u aweful chills.

expect long hours of labor. make a written statement that says u will decide when or if a c section is needed. you dont want anybody pushing you to have the baby like in my case where the nurse kept saying i was tired and needed a c section. when i felt fine but stressed bout her wanting me to have my kid faster. u also need to expect it to be painful enough to need an epidural. my natural one didnt come close to my induction... try ur best to be calm and relaxed and patient. take a novel or make sure ur phone is charged so u can distract your mind. prepare ur labor partner for long hours by making sure they got snaccks...are fed...have coffee and reminding they are their for you...not to be watching the tv or hanging out with others around. take lotion for massages...from the partner. :)..
