They will use newborn diapers but my son only used them for like two weeks

It starts with premie, newborns, 1, 2, 3, 4 and so on

I had no idea what to get. but my mother in law has been buying me ones called swaddlers. so I assume these ! lol

diapers go by weight. each size has a range. the hospital will provide you with some. stock up there. we filled up each time they restocked the diapers in our room 😉 I believe there's a newborn size and then starts size 1. But every brand varies.

get different brands and all sizes you'll use them I bought all pampers I exchanged then for huggies because I hate pampers

They specifically make newborn sized diapers that are cut in the middle so it doesn't bother the umbilical cord. Or you can just buy 1 and fold it
