try a nice shower, and some midol (idk if that's the right spelling) and maybe a sock with rice in it heated up in the microwave!

Thanks becca, just got out the shower. Felt good while I was in there then hit me again the second I stepped out. I don't have any medicine at the moment but I do have rice and a sock. Lol @imbecca143

Benadryl of it's more toward your face and the front of your head and ibuprofen for the inflammation.

no problem! I hope it helps. I have migraines because of a vein in my head that doesn't open and close properly, so I've had to find home remedies that can help if I can't get to the er, or to dull it down until I can. Also, a cool and dark room to kay down in abd lots of water.
