I took two a day but I did it orally

the nurse told me to poke holes in it and put it up there and take some orally but I can't remember how many so two like beginning and end of the day

Ya they dissolve I did like two times but you leak a little but I would take 2 in the morning orally and one up there with holes at night I wore a pantyliner too
