eating sweets won't determine whether or not you get diagnosed with that lol. It has to do with your health prior to getting pregnant. Like if you were overweight, etc. But that doesn't always mean you will have it. I ate sweets the day before my test and passed lol. :)

@ngujen, I dot directions from my doctor to avoid a lot of sugar, because it's raises my chances to fail short test and get to do 3 hours test.. The reason I'm taking this test is because last time they checked me I was in upper level of what considered normal and I ate a lot of chocolate that time..

I was told by my doctor to not eat sweets the day before it will make you fail, my mom even had cough drops once because she was sick and they made her take another one because of it
