Happens all the time! My son is four and has come up with crazy stuff I have no idea how he got it over the years lol Benadryl has an anti itch cream that seems to work the best!

I think he is scratching himself. he was trying to do it during diaper change. clawing at his leg. he does it to me I have cuts all over me. so I think I didn't notice and he scratched himself! @shadowolfstar

I think it's a bite the redness completely left and now he just has red bite marks @shadowolfstar

Looks like a rash or bug bite. I'd circle it with permanent marker to check if it gets bigger. :) I bet he's fine thoug

I took off the new cloth diapers just in case I can't tell if it's a bite or what it looks fresh if it was a bite...
