Yes. I was 39 weeks 5 days 1cm dilated, 80% effaced. Dr stripped my membranes at around 3 pm. An hour later started having contractions. Went to l&d at 10 pm , was 4 cm dilated , 100% effaced and had my daughter that following morning at 10 am.

I did that night I had my bloody show and went into labor 3 days later

Yea went into labor that night after having one.

Yes, I did with my first... didn't really help for me but I know some women who has gone into labor within hours of having it done
