Hey mommies I have a questions. TMI BUT ... I've had constipation 6 times this month definelty not normal for me at all and nothing's changed and on top of that.. I just got done yesterday spotting for 10 days it went from light pink to light brown to a little red back to pink and then dark brown but no red or consistent flow. Does any one have a suggestion.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
take a stool softner like dulcolax or something like it. and it sounds like discharge. could mean aunt flow is around the corner. keep an eye on it and see if anything changes
