So my hubby just told me his boss called and asked if he could go back to work Monday, but he's on paternity leave and wasn't supposed to go back to work until the 5th... But now since his boss called he's going to start Monday instead? WTF, is that even allowed? And what kind of boss calls an employee to go to work when he just had a baby and is on paternity leave?! 😈😬😠😡

Idk how civilian places work but in the army the guys don't get bothered during their 10 days of free leave, but in the maternity leave policy my commander can try to get me back at work before my 42 days are up. which is stupid and if this commander tries doing that I'm gonna straight up tell him no.
