ok ladies i really need to start loosing weight...my doctor said i could go ahead and start exercising just start out light...but iv been so tired with the baby i dont have the energy to workout...i will have to do at home workouts till my fiance finishes a remodel casue then he will be home more and not so tired so he can watch the baby...any advice or tips on what i can do???

get a baby carrier if you don't have one already, put baby in it and walk briskly around the neighborhood for 20-30 mins a day 4-5 times a week. or look up low impact workouts on YouTube
