Not sure on how long but I'd be careful giving that much Tylenol since its been linked to liver damage...have you tried natural remedies to bring his fever down like giving him a luke warm bath

I'm not sure how much tylenol is too much. You can try cool compresses on his forehead and the back of his neck.

I've tried a wash rag and he screams when I touch him with it. I made sure it was lukewarm. he doesn't like the bath so I'm scared it would make him really mad. and that fever level is with Tylenol. so I'm scared how High it will rise without Tylenol @paisleysmama0216

I would call and check with his dr before giving him more...if you tell them that's his temp while he had Tylenol they may want you to bring him in and check him out cause that's kinda crazy

I would go into his pediatricians office. Even if he cries with it being on the back of his neck I would keep it there to take some of the heat away from his body. After awhile he won't even notice it being there anymore. @alicia3_21

I gave my son the recommended dose every 6 hours because that's what the bottle told me to do. if you read it there might be a thing on there that says "if fever last so and so days call a doctor"
