Coconut oil on your nips helps heal! :) put it on before pump and they "glide" better too lol. Keep going you've got this 😘😍❤️

Make sure you pump for comfort and save it! Don't self express unless you have to. I've kept all my milk whether if it was just an ounce to seven ounces

@gabby0317, when I pump only a little comes out like 20 ml 😢 so it stay hard! I'll try massaging it in the shower later
I tried breastfeeding but it made me so upset and in pain I stopped:/ I wish I hadn't though!!! I really wish I pulled through and kept doing it but I'll try next baby!(if there is one! Lol!) good luck mama!!

There's an amazing breast milk bank near my house where women who overproduce donate their milk there. It's not just anyone either they are always screened and the milk is pasteurized. It costs an arm and a leg but anything for him!
